Wehrstrafgesetz
Wer sich Befehlsbefugnis oder Disziplinarbefugnis anmaßt oder seine Befehlsbefugnis oder Disziplinarbefugnis überschreitet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren bestraft, wenn die Tat nicht in § 39 mit Strafe bedroht ist.
