Sonderstrafrecht
(1) Das allgemeine Strafrecht ist anzuwenden, soweit dieses Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt.
(2) Für Straftaten von Soldaten, die Jugendliche oder Heranwachsende sind, gelten besondere Vorschriften des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes.
