Wirtschaftsprüferordnung
(1) Ist der Antrag auf berufsgerichtliche Entscheidung verspätet eingelegt oder sonst unzulässig, verwirft ihn das Landgericht ohne Hauptverhandlung durch Beschluss; gegen den Beschluss ist sofortige Beschwerde zulässig.
(2) Anderenfalls beraumt das Landgericht eine Hauptverhandlung an. Für diese gelten die Vorschriften der Strafprozessordnung sinngemäß, soweit dieses Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt.
