(1) Die Vorschriften der §§ 31 bis 41 gelten für die Belastung eines Erbbaurechts mit einem Dauerwohnrecht entsprechend.
(2) Beim Heimfall des Erbbaurechts bleibt das Dauerwohnrecht bestehen.
