§§ 19 bis 33 gelten für die ehrenamtlichen Richter bei dem Oberverwaltungsgericht entsprechend, wenn die Landesgesetzgebung bestimmt hat, daß bei diesem Gericht ehrenamtliche Richter mitwirken.
