Für Zwangsvollstreckungen, die durch Gerichtsvollzieher oder durch Vollziehungsbeamte der Justiz ausgeführt werden (§ 11 Absatz 3 Verwaltungsvollstreckungsgesetz NRW), gelten die Bestimmungen der §§ 8 bis 24 nicht.
