Die Berufshaftpflichtversicherung nach § 34d Absatz 5 Satz 1 Nummer 3 der Gewerbeordnung muss für das gesamte Gebiet der Europäischen Union und der anderen Vertragsstaaten des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum gelten.
