Auf das in den §§ 17, 30, 35, 36 bestimmte Rücktrittsrecht finden die für das Rücktrittsrecht geltenden Vorschriften der §§ 346 bis 351 des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs entsprechende Anwendung.
