(1) Der Ministerpräsident führt den Vorsitz in der Landesregierung. Bei Stimmengleichheit entscheidet seine Stimme.
(2) Er leitet die Geschäfte nach einer von der Landesregierung beschlossenen Geschäftsordnung.
