Umwandlungsrecht
(1) Jedem Mitglied der Genossenschaft kann als Geschäftsguthaben auf Grund des Formwechsels höchstens der Nennbetrag der Geschäftsanteile gutgeschrieben werden, mit denen es bei der Genossenschaft beteiligt ist.
(2) § 256 Abs. 3 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
