Mit dem Wirksamwerden des Formwechsels einer Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien scheiden persönlich haftende Gesellschafter, die nach § 233 Abs. 3 Satz 3 ihr Ausscheiden aus dem Rechtsträger erklärt haben, aus der Gesellschaft aus.
