In dem Formwechselbeschluss müssen auch enthalten sein:
- 1.
- die Bestimmung des Sitzes der Personengesellschaft;
- 2.
- beim Formwechsel in eine Kommanditgesellschaft die Angabe der Kommanditisten sowie des Betrages der Einlage eines jeden von ihnen;
- 3.
- der Gesellschaftsvertrag der Personengesellschaft.
