In der Mitgliederversammlung sind die in § 63 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 bis 4 bezeichneten Unterlagen sowie ein nach § 100 erforderlicher Prüfungsbericht auszulegen. § 64 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und Abs. 2 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
