§ 82 gilt entsprechend für Traubenmaische, Traubenmost, konzentrierten Traubenmost, teilweise gegorenen Traubenmost, Traubensaft, Likörwein, Schaumwein, dem Schaumwein und dem Wein ähnliche Getränke, Mischgetränke (§ 22 der Verordnung zur vorläufigen Aufrechterhaltung weinrechtlicher Vorschriften), Brennwein, Branntwein aus Wein, verschnittenen Branntwein aus Wein, Weinalkohol, Weindestillat, Tresterwein, Rohbrand aus Wein und Rohbrand aus Brennwein, die nach § 52 des Weingesetzes eingezogen worden sind.
