Führt nach rechtzeitiger Einlegung eines Rechtsmittels ein Beschluß unmittelbar die Rechtskraft der angefochtenen Entscheidung herbei, so gilt die Rechtskraft als mit Ablauf des Tages der Beschlußfassung eingetreten.
