Das Gericht kann im Falle eines Zusammenhangs zwischen mehreren bei ihm anhängigen Strafsachen ihre Verbindung zum Zwecke gleichzeitiger Verhandlung anordnen, auch wenn dieser Zusammenhang nicht der in § 3 bezeichnete ist.
