In öffentlichen Restrukturierungssachen ist Artikel 102c §§ 1, 2, 3 Absatz 1 und 3, die §§ 6, 15, 25 und 26 des Einführungsgesetzes zur Insolvenzordnung entsprechend anwendbar.
