Gesetz zur Förderung der Stabilität und des Wachstums der Wirtschaft
Die §§ 5, 6 Abs. 1 und 2, §§ 7, 9 bis 11 sowie § 12 Abs. 1 gelten sinngemäß für die Haushaltswirtschaft der Länder. Die Regelung der Zuständigkeiten bleibt den Ländern überlassen.
