Sortenschutzgesetz
(1) Gegen den Beschluß des Beschwerdesenats findet die Rechtsbeschwerde an den Bundesgerichtshof statt, wenn der Beschwerdesenat sie in dem Beschluß zugelassen hat.
(2) § 34 Abs. 3 gilt entsprechend.
