SortSchG
Sortenschutzgesetz
(1) Sortenschutz wird für eine Pflanzensorte (Sorte) erteilt, wenn sie
- 1.
- unterscheidbar,
- 2.
- homogen,
- 3.
- beständig,
- 4.
- neu und
- 5.
- durch eine eintragbare Sortenbezeichnung bezeichnet
(2) Für eine Sorte, die Gegenstand eines gemeinschaftlichen Sortenschutzes ist, wird ein Sortenschutz nach diesem Gesetz nicht erteilt.
