Abweichend von Artikel 92 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a und b der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 575/2013 haben die Institute in dem Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2014 bis 31. Dezember 2014 eine harte Kernkapitalquote von mindestens 4 Prozent und eine Kernkapitalquote von mindestens 5,5 Prozent vorzuhalten.
