Sozialgerichtsgesetz
Für Ansprüche, die beim Bundessozialgericht entstehen, gelten das Justizverwaltungskostengesetz und das Justizbeitreibungsgesetz entsprechend, soweit sie nicht unmittelbar Anwendung finden. Vollstreckungsbehörde ist die Justizbeitreibungsstelle des Bundessozialgerichts.
