(1) Die Länder tragen die Ausgaben für Leistungen nach Kapitel 2 Abschnitt 2 Unterabschnitt 4 in voller Höhe.
(2) Verpflichtet zur Zahlung der Entschädigung nach § 24 ist das nach § 113 Absatz 5 zuständige Land.
