(1) Für die Bundesstatistik nach § 128a besteht Auskunftspflicht. Die Auskunftserteilung für die Angaben nach § 128e Nummer 3 und zum Gemeindeteil nach § 128b Nummer 2 sind freiwillig.
(2) Auskunftspflichtig sind die für die Ausführung des Gesetzes nach dem Vierten Kapitel zuständigen Träger.
