Soziale Pflegeversicherung
Pflegebedürftige in stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen haben nach Maßgabe von § 84 Absatz 8 und § 85 Absatz 8 Anspruch auf zusätzliche Betreuung und Aktivierung, die über die nach Art und Schwere der Pflegebedürftigkeit notwendige Versorgung hinausgeht.
