Die Leistungsträger haben auf Verlangen eines behandelnden Arztes Untersuchungsbefunde, die für die Behandlung von Bedeutung sein können, mitzuteilen, sofern der Betroffene im Einzelfall in die Mitteilung eingewilligt hat. § 100 Abs. 1 Satz 2 gilt entsprechend.
