Vergaberecht
Bis zum Ablauf des sich nach § 83 Absatz 2 der Vergabeverordnung ergebenden Tages sind
- 1.
- § 10a nicht anzuwenden und
- 2.
- die §§ 21, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 und 61 in ihrer am 23. August 2023 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
