Weigert sich ein Besatzungsmitglied ohne berechtigten Grund, die angebotene Heilbehandlung oder Krankenhausbehandlung anzunehmen, so ruht der Anspruch auf medizinische Betreuung auf Kosten des Reeders für die Dauer der unberechtigten Weigerung.
