Auf Entscheidungen des Leiters oder der Leiterin des zentralen Vollstreckungsgerichts nach § 882h Absatz 1 der Zivilprozessordnung nach dieser Verordnung sind die §§ 23 bis 30 des Einführungsgesetzes zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz anzuwenden.
