Eine einseitige Rechtshandlung, die ein außervertragliches Schuldverhältnis betrifft, ist formgültig, wenn sie die Formerfordernisse des für das betreffende außervertragliche Schuldverhältnis maßgebenden Rechts oder des Rechts des Staates, in dem sie vorgenommen wurde, erfüllt.
