Rechtsanwaltsverzeichnis- und -postfachverordnung
Gesperrte besondere elektronische Anwaltspostfächer werden einschließlich der darin gespeicherten Nachrichten sechs Monate nach der Sperrung gelöscht. Wird ein Abwickler bestellt, erfolgt die Löschung nicht vor Beendigung der Abwicklung.
