Für die Bearbeitung von Anträgen auf Beurkundung von Auslandspersonenstandsfällen und von namensrechtlichen Erklärungen, die vor dem 1. November 2017 beim Standesamt I in Berlin gestellt oder dort eingegangen sind, bleibt abweichend von der in § 34 Absatz 4 Satz 1, § 35 Absatz 3 Satz 1, § 36 Absatz 2, § 41 Absatz 2 Satz 2, § 43 Absatz 2 Satz 3 und § 45 Absatz 2 Satz 2 getroffenen Zuständigkeitsreglung bei lediglich früherem Wohnsitz im Inland das Standesamt I in Berlin zuständig.
