Kommt eine Vereinbarung nach § 55 Absatz 1 nicht innerhalb von drei Monaten nachdem ein Zugangsbegehren geltend gemacht worden ist, zustande, können die Beteiligten gemeinsam die Bundesnetzagentur als Schlichtungsstelle anrufen.
