Zum Mitglied des Vorstands kann nur gewählt werden, wer
- 1.
- Mitglied der Patentanwaltskammer ist und
- 2.
- den Beruf eines Patentanwalts seit mindestens fünf Jahren ohne Unterbrechung ausübt.
