Patentanwaltsordnung
Berufsausübungsgesellschaften, bei denen Patentanwälte die Mehrheit der Stimmrechte innehaben und bei denen die Mehrheit der Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans Patentanwälte sind, dürfen die Bezeichnung „Patentanwaltsgesellschaft“ führen.
