Diese Verordnung gilt für Richter des Landes entsprechend. § 2 Abs. 4 Nr. 5 und § 13 gelten nicht für Richter als Vorsitzende einer Einigungsstelle; § 6 Abs. 3 Satz 1 findet auf die Tätigkeit als Schiedsrichter oder Schlichter keine Anwendung.
