Sachenrecht
Der Eigentümer eines Grundstücks darf eine Nachbarwand errichten, wenn
- 1.die Bebauung seines und des benachbarten Grundstücks bis an die Grenze vorgeschrieben oder zugelassen ist und
- 2.der Eigentümer des Nachbargrundstücks schriftlich einwilligt.
