Nachbarrechtsgesetz
Eine Einfriedigungspflicht besteht nicht, wenn und soweit
a) die Grenze mit Gebäuden besetzt ist,
b) Einfriedigungen nicht zulässig sind oder
c) im Falle des § 32 in dem im Zusammenhang bebauten Ortsteil Einfriedigungen nicht üblich sind.
