In den Fällen des § 145 Absatz 1 und 3 bestimmt die Verwaltungsbehörde, dass die widerrechtliche Kennzeichnung der Gegenstände beseitigt wird oder, wenn dies nicht möglich ist, die Gegenstände vernichtet werden.
