Zuständig für die Genehmigung der von der Flugsicherungsorganisation vorgegebenen Mindestabstände zwischen Fahrzeugen und rollenden Luftfahrzeugen nach Anhang SERA.3210 Buchstabe d Nummer 4 Ziffer ii Buchstabe B der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr.923/2012 ist das Bundesaufsichtsamt für Flugsicherung.
