LSchuWG NRW
Landesschuldenwesengesetz NRW
(1) Sämtliche Schuldverpflichtungen des Landes (Kreditaufnahmen nach § 1 Abs. 1), derivative Finanzinstrumente nach § 1 Abs. 2 sowie Bürgschaften, Garantien und sonstige Gewährleistungen werden zum Zweck der Dokumentation in einem Kapitalbuch registriert.
(2) Das Kapitalbuch wird vom Finanzministerium geführt. Die elektronische Form ist zulässig.
