Abgeordnete, die als Mitglieder des Parlamentarischen Ausschusses für Grubensicherheit bei einem Grubenunglück an Ort und Stelle tätig werden, erhalten in diesem Falle neben der Kostenpauschale nach § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 2 eine zusätzliche Aufwandsentschädigung von 40 Euro je Tag. § 7 Abs. 2 Satz 1 findet Anwendung.
