Beamtenrecht
(1) Die Geldbuße kann bis zur Höhe der monatlichen Dienst- oder Anwärterbezüge auferlegt werden. Werden keine Dienst- oder Anwärterbezüge bezogen, darf die Geldbuße bis zu dem Betrag von 500 Euro auferlegt werden.
(2) § 6 Abs. 2 gilt entsprechend.
