Für Beamtinnen und Beamte, die vor dem 7. Juni 2025 in ein Amt mit leitender Funktion im Beamtenverhältnis auf Probe berufen worden sind, ist § 21 Absatz 1 in seiner bis dahin geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
