(1) Das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle kann Maßnahmen zur Überprüfung ergreifen, wenn sie begründete Zweifel hat an der Richtigkeit
- 1.
- der Mitteilung nach § 15 Absatz 1 Satz 1,
- 2.
- der Abrechnung nach § 15 Absatz 2 oder
- 3.
- der Angaben nach § 15 Absatz 3.
(2) § 11 Absatz 1 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
