(1) Die bestehenden Sofortprogramme nach § 8 in der Fassung des Gesetzes vom 18. August 2021 gelten fort.
(2) Die im Jahr 2024 erstellten Projektionen gelten als Projektionsdaten nach § 5a. Der Expertenrat für Klimafragen prüft im Rahmen eines Sondergutachtens diese Projektionsdaten schnellstmöglich nach § 12 Absatz 1 und trifft eine Feststellung nach § 12 Absatz 1 Satz 4.
