Klärschlamm aus der Abwasserbehandlung darf nicht in Gewässer eingeleitet werden. Er soll unter Einhaltung der Vorschriften der Klärschlammverordnung verwertet oder andernfalls entsprechend den sonstigen Vorschriften des Abfallrechtes entsorgt werden.
