Mit Erlass des Vorlagebeschlusses ist die Einleitung eines weiteren Musterverfahrens für die gemäß § 8 Absatz 1 auszusetzenden Verfahren unzulässig. Ein gleichwohl ergangener Vorlagebeschluss ist nicht bindend.
