Justizverwaltungskostengesetz
(1) Die Justizbehörde kann die Zahlung eines Kostenvorschusses verlangen.
(2) Sie kann die Vornahme der Amtshandlung von der Zahlung oder Sicherstellung des Vorschusses abhängig machen.
