Auf Antrag können weitere Streitschlichtungseinrichtungen als Gütestelle im Sinne des § 794 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 der Zivilprozessordnung anerkannt werden, wenn sie die Voraussetzungen der §§ 46 bis 49 erfüllen.
